Immune Juice Recipe

Looking for a delicious way to keep your immune system strong and robust? This recipe is a great one to try! It is truly one of my personal favorites. 
 

Yields

1-2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 leaves of kale

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cucumber 

  • juice of 1 lemon 

  • Dash of turmeric

  • 1⁄4 inch fresh ginger

 

Directions

If you have a juicer, juice it up!  If you DON'T have a juicer, no problem. You can blend these ingredients together and have a fresh green smoothie!  You will just be adding fiber in, which is a great thing!
