1-2 Servings
Ingredients
4 leaves of kale
1 carrot
1 apple
1 cucumber
juice of 1 lemon
Dash of turmeric
1⁄4 inch fresh ginger
Directions
If you have a juicer, juice it up! If you DON'T have a juicer, no problem. You can blend these ingredients together and have a fresh green smoothie! You will just be adding fiber in, which is a great thing!
